The Light of My Salvation - Written: 1/29/2006

Psalm 8:28 (KJV) - For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness

The above Scripture just really struck me today. Sometimes we spend so much time seeking to be enlightened by the wisdom of the latest guru. But God said that He is our light. He is the one who draws us out of darkness by His marvelous light. In fact, darkness is the absense of light. Darkness gets overpowered by light.

If everything seems dark around you, walk into the Light!
